1. Overview

At Elysium Aesthetics Wholesale, we are committed to supplying our professional clients with the highest quality aesthetic products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review the terms below to understand our returns and refunds process.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products — which are medical-grade aesthetic supplies — we maintain strict standards regarding returns to protect both our customers and the integrity of the supply chain.

Refunds will only be accepted on items that meet all of the following criteria:

  • The item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The item is unused and in resaleable condition.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note: We are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging, regardless of the reason. This policy is in place to comply with hygiene and safety regulations governing medical and aesthetic supplies.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received an item that is damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the parcel.
  4. Send the item using a tracked, insured delivery service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
